This residence was designed as a family vacation home/ getaway and doubles as a income producing property when they are not staying there. It was designed to nestle into a natural sloping site on the world-famous Pink Sands beach in Harbour Island, Eleuthera, Bahamas. The house was designed so that every room gets a view of the Pink Sands Beach below and out to the Eastern Atlantic Ocean. This home consists of 3 separate and unique buildings, the main house, the guest quarters and the entertainment pavilion and gym. Overall, the buildings are a little over 8,000 square feet (740 square meters).
